Lennar Corporation has made a mess on Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco with wet soil laden with Asbestos dirt laying all over the place.

Lennar Corporation has not kept the various promises made in the Disposition and Development Agreement linked to Parcel A. This is a legal document.

Lennar Corporation reneged on the Rental Units it promised on Parcel A. It has yet to sign an agreement to deliver the Community Benefits. It has NOT abided by the Dust and Mitigation Plan.

It has poisoned our children and Elders. It has with intent broken the laws and for sure not abided by the Precautionary Principle. It has clear cut over 400 mature trees without any permit.

Parcel A belongs to the City and County of San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom has to bear this responsibility. The City has turned over the responsibility to SF Redevelopment Agency who is turn has given the land for development to the Rogue Company - Lennar Corporation.

Lennar Corporation is keeping its operations alive on borrowed money. It thinks really it can develop 1600 homes on Parcel A but this will never happen.

Lennar Corporation has been selling thousands of its homes sitting vacant for years for 40 cents on a dollar. Lennar Corporation has NO intention of building homes - it simply does not have the money.

Lennar Corporation has messed Parcel A and now wants to develop Candlestick Point. Does this make sense?
